Write your representatives to complain and also to praise. Remember be polite, keep your letter short and to the point. Your representative is busy and receives many letters. Choose your words carefully and be precise. Keep in mind you can get more bees with honey, so an abrasive tone will only alienate your representative to your ideas. Don't forget your states reps for state issues, you can google and find their contacts on-line.
